Cricket Frass (Certified Organic Fetilizer)

Cricket Frass is an organic fertilizer straight from our farm!

Cricket Frass is made up of cricket droppings and the cricket's exoskeleton.

Benefits of Insect Frass:

  • 100% Organic Fertilizer
  • Boosts Plants' Immune Response
  • Perfect for Indoor, Outdoor And Hydroponic Growing
  • NPK ratio: 4-3-2

How Does It Work:

Cricket frass is a balanced fertilizer and bio-stimulant used in all stages of a plant’s development. It’s made from cricket exoskeletons and excrement, which is full of microbial life and chitin. This is exactly what sets it apart from other fertilizers. Chitin stimulates the plant’s defense mechanism leading to better resistance to pests and disease, replenished soil microbe populations, faster maturity and higher yields.

How To Use It:

For best results, pre-mix into a growing media or soil when planting. If plants are already started, mix the cricket frass to water and apply as a root drench. Cricket frass can also be applied as a top dressing, in hydroponic systems, as a foliar spray, and in transplanting holes.

Makes Plants Grow Like Crazy

Cricket Frass is 100% pure "cricket litter" (the stuff that's left in the bottom of cricket production bins). Roughly 98% pure cricket manure, and 2% a mix of cricket exoskeletons.

Cricket Frass is NOT yucky or sticky - it has a dry, sand-like texture, and very little odor.

Organic Cricket Frass is nature's gift to the garden! Frass fertilizes plants, inoculates soil, boosts plant immunity, and aids in pest prevention. As a fertilizer, frass contains all macro and micro nutrients. As an inoculant, Frass provides beneficial fungi, protozoa, and every functional group of beneficial bacteria.

Organic Cricket Frass is good for transplanting, soil mixing, top dressing, root drenching, foliar feeding, tea brewing, and hydroponics. It stimulates the auto-immune system in plants causing them to better protect themselves from insect attack and fungal disease.
